So today Patch and I started our training with Bob. We went in around noon for each of us to have our 15 min sessions. We only worked out for 15 min each! But every min of that was pure hell!
The program we are trying is called “Body by Science”, or “slow training”. The idea is you work out your muscles non-stop for 12-15min straight doing five different exercises. You only do this once a week. Yes, you heard right. 15 min, once a week! It sounds too good to be true, but I’ll try anything once. But believe me the 15 min is NO picnic!
